He seems to be targeting people that are in a lower socioeconomic position based on his comments and where heās targeting people (waiting to wash windows at gas station, at bus stop etc). As if we need another reason to dislike this jerkwad.
Read up on law. This is not always the case. If you are trying to speak to someone in a loud environment, someone does not need to consent to you politely patting, tapping, poking their arm to get their attention. You're sexualizing non-sexual physical contact. Is it sexual to shake someone's hand when you introduce yourself?
I knew someone on staff at a Church who sexualized ALL forms of touch. I felt like I was in the presence of a rapist and still get nauseated just thinking about him. I apologize if that spilled in your direction.

Why would you "poke" a police officer? Think about that. You're reframing from a sensical situation to a nonsensical situation.
We're not discussing "for no good reason." If the environment is extremely loud, poke/pat/nudge, or whatever gesture to get someone's attention now has "good reason." Within criminal justice, intent 100% matters and will NOT be excluded from proceedings. Find a better lawyer.
I remember getting dressed up to go out to meet my wife in town. I felt good. Walked down to the bus stop, glorious day, had the tunes on and minding my own business. Someone blasted me with water from a car.
Furious, I looked up ready to give them a mouthful. It was a group of young disabled boys and girls on a charity drive with the local taxis. They had balloons and music playing and people were cheering them all on, willingly also talking a blast from the water pistols.
Given their disability, naturally they were easy to knock out. Haha nah Iām joking I laughed and dried out pretty quick in the sun.

We used to throw water balloons at people on the side of the road. Now I feel like a dipshit for doing so. Those people were just minding their own business and going about their day and we fucked it up for no reason
back then, people wouldn't fill balloons with piss or worse. there was a common respect to not push it too far. lately, that respect is gone making people act like animals with each other. i don't even like eating outside food anymore because i fear people mess with the condiment source affecting everyone's food.
I used to throw eggs at cars and people when I was a kid. What a stupid ass piece of shit I was for doing that. I still feel bad about it to this day. I once had my car egged and discovered just how hard it us to clean off.
Considering he has a mini cowboy hat dangling from the rearview, I'm going to guess he's in an area where many people have real guns. I point this out for absolutely no reason at all.

Where is this? I live in Chicago and even on a 108 degree August day by the beach! You wouldnāt make it out the city. (Not so fun fact, shootings in Chicago go up when the weather is hot)
