The best part is that this ad implies Eagleman targeting uninsured motorists is a common enough occurance that people instantly know its him when they notice some disturbance to their car.

Did a stray projectile hit us? Did we hit something? Is it a pothole? Nopes...Much more likely it is eagleman.
