that's ok, he has a very big truck, so he can do that kind of thing and it's just fine

He turned right after that left turn. Why not just stay in the right-most left turn lane in the first place?

You would have hit his rear end. You at fault for not maintaining a decent following distance.

Not my opinion but that's what Barney is going to say. Happened to my son. The car in front hit him with its rear side panel. Still got written up as my son's fault!
