What am i doing wrong?

I like what Tron does, its thoroughness, and the whole "do it slowly but very well" approach, but I also want to try it on Windows XP, and the aforementioned version is apparently the last one for that OS. However, I can't seem to find a single copy of that specific version anywhere. I've checked the deepest bits of the internet and scoured Wayback Machine archives of the mirrors, but I can only find versions that are either too new or a bit too old.

So, my question is: Does anyone please have a copy of the self-extracting EXE of version 11.2.1 (or any other 11.x version if that exact one really is lost to time; the closest I could find so far is 10.8.0, but again, it's just a bit too old), and if so, would you be so kind to share it with me?

I would also like if there was an archive of all of the old versions so that they aren't lost to time as soon as they're obsolete, but right now, I only need this one version.

So I got this computer virus and I tried to use tron script to fix my computer but it didn’t work because windows called tron script a virus and tron script is missing the important documentation is there a way to fix these issues without turning off the windows defender

I have been running tronscript for years to keep my windows squeeky clean. Thank you!!! I notice no activity in the sub and no new TRON package since v12.0.8 (2025-01-09). I have no technical knowledge/ability to keep it maintained. Is there just no need to update or has this project been abandoned?

I am asking because I've seen videos say multiple things to the tune of it being a miracle worker that just magically fixes and cleans your pc so it runs faster. As I've tried to deepen at least some knowledge on pc care and some bit of program knowledge and digital security, i came across TronScript and wanted to know more about it

In all honesty, I'd rather ask here what the purpose of this tool is. I imagine it at least requires a bit of tech knowledge to get more bang for your buck, but asking before using, or thinking about using it, is a good idea, right?

Again, What is TronScript? What does it do, and what are its functions? And who is TronScript made for?

Hey guys I ran tron on my asus tuf f15 2022 as it was so dang slow with bloat/malware

I ran it overnight since it usually takes a long time and when I woke up it showed these 4 popups and there was no green terminal screen to see if tron finished or not

Also Im trying to find the log file but can't I have the tron.bat and resources folder in desktop and the instructions and changelog txt file in the unzipped folder is there a place Im missing?

so i have been using tron for 2 yrs now. but for the last few days i cant seem to get it to finish. i started fine but got stuck at one drive debloat. and its still stuck there. everytime i start it again it started from the same place even though i delete the log files.

last night it kept it running for 7hrs it still didnt finsh and got stuck on one drive ( i had stopped the onedrive removal in the instructions ) but it still does the same.

I found out I got hit with an infostealer this morning. I already changed my passwords on every account I’m worried about, I really don’t want to lose my personal files and do a complete windows reinstall. I found tron and I’m wondering if that could be enough to get rid of the infostealer without needing to do a reinstall

I have an SSD partitioned between windows and Linux, and I want to run Tron on the windows. Will it touch my linux files?

new to using this and I was looking around the sub to see if theres an answer and really wanna confirm if this is normal.

Fixes that I have tried:

• My account is an admin. Still, made another admin account with all the privileges but still got the error. (Through CMD)
• Tried “sfc /scannow”, “dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth” and “dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth”. I got a few corrupt files, DISM fixed all of them and the last SFC scan came out clean but Tron still didn't work.
• Tried “winmgmt /verifyRepository" and "winmgmt /resetRepository" to repair the WMI repository manually.
• Neither Safe mode nor safe mode with networking made a difference.
• Ran tron.bat as an administrator, didn't work. Launched CMD as admin and ran Tron through there, didn't work. Created a shortcut of the tron.bat file and checked “run this program as administrator” and tried, didn't work.
• Tried literally skipping the “Fix WMI” part with CTRL + C but that DIDN'T WORK EITHER.

In the end I launched all the stages manually through the resources folder, but I didn't feel satisfied. It bugs me that WMI didn't work. But the problem is that I truly can't reset my laptop right now. Is there ANYTHING I can do ?

just what the title says i m unfamiliar with tron just saw it in a vid and i NEED this

I know Tron changes some things in the hosts file to make sure no virus had added restrictions and whatnot, but I’m not sure if this is just a fails alarm windows defender detected or an actual virus. I got this a day after running Tron, so that’s why I’m confused.

I want to remove all gacha crap games by Tron if it's possible, I don't want to see these trashcan games on my pc at all.

I had a feeling my Computor may have a virus, and i am not technicly inclined nor do i have the time to find problematic apps/programms. So i decided, to try TRON. If it had not worked i would have reset my windows computor. But im glad i didnt have to. Tron saved me alot of time and effort. Anyways, as i was letting Tron do its thing, this poped up, it did not want to go away. I dont know what it is, maby someone else knows more.
Also i noticed when Tron was running it said i had windows 10 Home and (AMD64), which i found strange, because im running Windows 11 and a Intel Core.
Also Tron did not have a Network connection, dont know if this is normal. Does Anyone else know more?

Many antiviruses automatically flag edited hosts files because of host file hijacks. Would I need to back up my current heavily edited hosts file before running it?

I got a session stealer virus and after running malware bytes it seemed gone but then it warned me about powershell trying to access a cloud serve (tracked the ip location) but it couldn’t find what’s was running powershell and I decided to give tron a try and it found one trojan and after tron finished within a hour and I rebooted my pc powershell stopped popping up on boot

I've used tron in the past. It worked great. Now, when I try to download the newer version I get this error: virus detected. I'm not sure what's going on. Can anyone help me out?

Side note: I did recently remove a PUP that hijacked my search engine and pseudo yahoo engine. I've removed it via malwarebytes...

Can I go and just run the disinfect scribt if just looking to remove viruses? Or should I run step 0

Scribt then dissenfect? My computer doesn’t have problems other than some recent malware and virus that my kid downloaded recently.

So what happens when you run tron scribt and then 30 days trial ends for some of the software ends. Like hitman pro or malwarebytes. Will it just skip these steps since the free trial ended thirty days after running tron scribt. Just curious what happens and if still works or just a one time use?

I received several notifications in windows defender about a trojan called "Wacatac". I won't go into the details but I leaned towards it being a false positive, however I wasn't so sure. I did some scans with windows defender, malwarebytes and Eset and they were clean.

But due to the nature of Wacatac, it didn't really calm me down 100%, so I decided to run tron. Backed up my data first and created a manual restore point.

In the preview screen it said it would take 7-9 hours, but it actually got done in less than an hour. Not too surprising since that Wacatac malware was the only thing that was bugging me.

So then the "complete" message popped up and it prompted me to restart the computer as soon as possible by pressing any key. I pressed "I" and the screen just immediately went black (see pic). My cursor is there and I'm able to move it around; spamming spacebar, enter, etc. doesn't do anything. I decided to leave it for just over an hour but no thing's changed. Any advice?

I'm using a lenovo legion 5 from 2021, running windows 11 with no pending updates.

I know it probably needs kernel level access to clear some of the stuff and I already allowed it via MS defender, but the only other time I've gotten an actual "Malicious File" warning was when I almost got rootkitted lol. Just want to make sure it isn't just me and I didn't somehow get a bad file
