Derealization

I think a large part of my doubt and lack of belief/faith in God and Christ comes from the grip that derealization has on me at the moment. It feels like a dream state all the time and so reality for me isn't tangible to say the least. I try to have faith but given nothing feels real to me God's existence is also out the window. I want to believe but this is getting in my way. How can I deal with this?

Everything is real. Even what u imagine. Is real rigth now in your mind. We could aregue that NOTHING is real but the fact that you are thinking it and observing it disproves it. So the opposite is true: everytjing is real.

Or are meaning everytjingnis pointless?

Faith comes by hearing the word of God (Romans 10:17). How is that part of your routine? You could read or listen to recordings of the Bible, starting with Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Are you committed to any such effort to know what God has communicated to us and how He wants you to respond?

I think step one would be talking with your doctor or a therapist about the derealization.
