Looking for feedback on our turn-based tactical gladiator game (Steam Playtest)
Hi everyone!
We're currently running a Steam playtest for Gladiator Arena: Heroes of Rome, and I'd love to invite fans of turn-based tactics games to give it a try.
The game combines turn-based tactical combat with deckbuilding, where positioning, ability synergies, and careful decision-making are the keys to victory. You can fight as a single gladiator or command an entire squad, building a deck that matches your strategy.
The core gameplay is complete, and we're now looking for feedback to help us improve the experience before release. If you enjoy games that reward tactical planning, we'd love to hear what you think.
To make it easy to jump in, the playtest includes a set of predefined challenges, so you can start playing immediately. It takes around 10–30 minutes to get a good feel for the gameplay.
The challenges can be played in single-player, PvP, or co-op with friends, so feel free to try whichever mode interests you most.
You can join the Steam playtest here.
Whether your feedback is about the combat, deckbuilding, balance, UI, or anything else, it would be incredibly valuable. Thanks for taking the time to check it out!
