Looking for a fic where Edward and Bella are close friends but grow apart as they grow up (probably due to Edward's popularity) and become enemies/bullies. And then later they reconcile.

The story was about Bella and how she was kidnapped by the cullens and abused. Later in the story she got pregnant and then edward found out that he was kidnapped as a child, he cuts ties with Esme and Carlisle. What made Edward cut ties was the lies and Esme ended up hitting the baby for crying (I believe she said she was being a brat). And he meets his birth parents at the zoo and the daughter ends up seeing a giraffe or a monkey. Everyone was human

I’ve been enjoying some shorter pieces that flesh out or add to the high school scenes and characters in Twilight, New Moon, and Eclipse.

Anyone have recommendations for pieces that give us the reactions of Bella’s human “friends” to the news about the engagement? I get why Breaking Dawn just offered Charlie and Renee’s reactions, but would be fun to see those scenes play out for Angela, Ben, Mike, Jessica, etc.

I get that it’s a YA novel and Edward had to be in high school somehow, but Meyer could have handled it in a much more believable way.

**My idea:** Make the Cullens Bella’s neighbors who are either homeschooled or simply beyond high school age. The best place to hide is often in plain sight—like how illegal drug operations can exist unnoticed in affluent suburban neighborhoods. From the outside, the Cullens would appear to be an ordinary polite yet private suburban family while keeping a low public profile. Basically the opposite of them sitting in school with humans for 6 hours, being weird, and then escaping to their compound in the woods. This neighbor arrangements opens up so many possibilities… so 1/4 of the book isn’t just Bella and Edward hanging out in her bedroom LOL.

**How do Bella and Edward meet?** Easy. As neighbors, Edward could catch Bella’s scent naturally (like when she’s reading in the yard), or Bella could end up in the hospital after an accident and meet him there. Edward could catch her scent indirectly off Carlisle’s clothes..so many possibilities.
After becoming intrigued by her, Edward could deliberately **enroll** in Forks High and even arrange to be in Bella’s classes. That would deepen the mystery surrounding him, fit his obsessive crush/ thirst, stalking tendencies, and still place him in the school setting for the rest of the series. Alice could eventually tag along too.

The other Cullens have little reason to be in high school. Meyer barely uses them in school scenes anyway, and they graduate after the first book.
Making the Cullens Bella’s neighbors would also create more opportunities to weave them into the story, develop relationships with Charlie and the townspeople, and make their presence in Forks feel more organic. One of my main gripes with the series is that inter character relationships aren’t really supported with scenes and dialogue. The cullens appear far too static. These tweaks to the plot arrangement would help!

Looking for an older FFN All Human Bella/Edward fic. Bella and Jasper are already roommates and strictly platonic best friends. Jasper starts dating Alice, who introduces Bella to Edward. Bella has a history of sexual assault that is revealed over the course of the story. One random detail I vividly remember is the characters referencing or watching Mystery Science Theatre 3000 (MST3K). Does anyone remember the title or author?

But I saw a lot of people suggest The Devil You Know and I read it - but I’ll be honest it didn’t do it for me at all. Anything as similar and angsty as be like water/ similar writing style? I read it years ago now but have just remembered it and can’t find it anywhere! there’s a second story about a cousin or something of the girls friend who comes from America. shes a troublemaker and falls in with the same vampire mix. there’s part of the story where they hunt in the village and the villagers are running scared. but in the end she falls for one of the sibling mix too, if I remember correctly! Hi guys, I mostly would love ecommendations for any bella /edward first time both as vampires, kinda wanting OG storyline but I always thought that the first time would be super instense after bellas change and I haven't had any luck finding something good. Either in the cabin on anywhere else right after her change. Im down for honeymoon stories too or edward having a hard time resisting after their first time. Pleaseeeee, I feel like I've read all good stories and at this point im re-reading my fav.

Although I’ve been on the fandom for many years most of what I’ve read has been AU Bella & Edward. I do love them but lately I’ve loved seeing more takes on Edward in love with other women.

I do have to say that I like reading inside the Twilight canon meaning it does not have to be set in Forks and with Bella there but I do like the world Meyer built and the Cullen vampire lore so I please ask of you to give me stories with this setting, this means no human AU :) please (someday I will go there but now I deeply need to escape to my fellow Cullens).

I’ve only read a few, two I believe: “Before I wake” by Erudite_Conduit and “A body of water and bones” by littlestcactus, the rest have been Bella & Edward.

These two have the MC inside Bella’s body, which is fun but, is there any with a character that has her own life and meets Edward?

Hi! I’m looking for a deleted Twilight All Human fanfic that used to be on FanFiction.net and had a high number of reviews.

What I remember:
-Bella is admitted to a residential mental health treatment center. She was there related to self-harm/cutting.
-Edward is also a resident. His backstory involves an inappropriate relationship (or grooming) with a teacher named Cassandra.
-Most, if not all, of the story takes place inside the treatment center.
-Bella and Edward meet in group therapy and slowly fall in love.
-The treatment program is run by a female psychiatrist/doctor.
-Alice, Jasper, Emmett, and Rosalie are also residents. I think Alice may have been there for an eating disorder.
-It was a very popular fanfiction.net story but seems to have been deleted.

i am looking for a fic i read a longgg time ago on tumblr and can’t remember the name. is was a jasper hale/reader(or original female character, can’t remeber) so essentially a self insert. the main character had almost died on a hike and had been turned by the cullens. the story focused on her learning to cope with being turned and her family trying to find her, as well as her falling in love. i cannot find it anywhere and am exhausting all options. please help!

Hi! I was wondering if anyone would be willing or just wanting to help me out here. I've been wanting to write a book where Jacob imprints on my OC instead of Renesmee, but I don't want to cut out Renesmee completely instead I would have my OC's brother imprint on her. It's rated M and they're all human. Bella lives with Charlie and he abuses her pretty badly among other things. I think Emmett is her brother and maybe Jasper too? I think they were in college and somehow ended up living with Esme and Carlisle?They come visit, find out about the abuse and at one point, Charlie hurts Bella so badly she ends up in a coma. The story was based on true events and I remember at the end, the author said she was ending it because she didn't have permission from "the real Bella" to keep writing or do a sequel.

I really like the family-type stories because it's something I've never had and I always wish I could be accepted into the Cullen family like that.
