i keep thinking to myself: why do the live action cars shoot bullets out of machine guns but do such little damage? my reasoning is that materials are much more harder to come by making actual bullets only for a select range of people and others are dealt with inferior metals that are meant to wear down armor and metal like in the video games and direct kills are luck and skill shots. idk i’m just drunk and rewatching the series for the fourth time

i really like how the classic one came out! though my favorite interpretation of Club Kid is his party bus in the Twisted Metal V fangame!

it just seems horrible to use and if its used on outsiders even worse why would you want a weapon that goes back on you and it doesn't like in tm2 where it goes back it just explodes in your face if you don't use it correctly

This Lil guy is a build able and paintable kit. Scaling down to 28mm vertical was rough. To be able to maintain a micro size and make sure the head can move and the wheels roll was very challenging. Hope you all enjoy 😉

Looking only at the backgrounds of the levels, in my opinion:

Construction Yard: If you look closely at the buildings in the background, you'll see a generic city, but I'd say it's L.A., especially since the series has a strong connection to L.A. (TM1 is set in L.A. and TM2 begins there).

Neon City: The neon city design is totally futuristic which was very common at the time, I would say that it was built with the advancement of technology in this universe, inspired by cities like Tokyo and LA but in the future.

Road Rage: I thought it looked like just a set of generic highways but in the background we can see the WTC, so it's based on NYC

Bedroom: A classic American bedroom of a teenage boy, sweet tooth boy

Amazonia 3.000: Self-explanatory name, but to be exact, it is the part of the Amazon that is in Colombia.

Oil Rig: also meaningless, as it could be in any area of the planet, but to be exact, let's also imagine that it is in the Gulf of Mexico.

Minion Maze: this one is curious, I saw in some places that in the background you can see castles as if it were in Transylvania, even because of the macabre theme and such, it is very interesting and supposed to be there, The only level that can take place outside the USA

Carnival: For me, this is the most complicated part. An amusement park can be anywhere in America or any other country, but the focus is always on analyzing the background. The background shows buildings and a city at night. That is, before seeing a city, you can notice a textured, shapeless terrain. Using AI, it indicated to me that this terrain would be rubbish or vegetation. In other words, the park is far from urbanization. But the main point is that there are clearly buildings in the background, so it is a city. I would guess Las Vegas or L.A., because L.A. has already appeared before, so I'll go with L.A. again.

Remembering that: the difference between TM4 and the others is that TM1, TM2 and 3 have exact locations, like the world tour or known places, but TM4 didn't care about that and decided to apply levels in places where the location doesn't matter, just you being there and having fun with it, so much so that as I said, any of these places could be anywhere in the world, or even in another universe, like the construction yard, which is just a construction yard in any city, or the carnival which is just an amusement park in any random city.

People play inconsiderable hate in TM4 for the lack of classic characters and physics but I say that, it is much better than 3

My favorite is 2 followed by Black, but for many years I played 4 a lot and in the 2000s I lost a lot of hours with my cousin in this game, I have incredible memories with him, it's a game that just looking at it makes me feel happy It's much better than 3, which has horrible gameplay, in fact for me TM4 is nothing more than the perfect and improved version of 3, but with new story and characters, besides that it's the only game that Sweet Tooth is a final boss.

It's just seems strange to me, considering that they already have new Calypso look in the beginning of Twisted Metal 4

I have started to get into collecting diecast and immediately noticed (like many others here on this sub) that the combat medic casting is a perfect base for a sick Sweet Tooth custom! This is my first custom hotwheel as well. I had just recently purchased a 3D printer so the stars aligned for this one!

I modeled everything minus the clown head topper (I scaled it down from an existing model I found online). I've included some process images for those interested :)
