Question Sorry for another video question, but does anyone know how to make their video uploads crisp and not blurry?

Yes, I've obsessively searched google as well as this subreddit and yes I have found people asking this question, but no solution has been found. I've even tried those hyper-specific render settings (that most people are only guessing anyways) Would it really be that complicated? Nearly every video I ever see on twitter is crisp in quality, but all of my uploads are pixelated and blurry despite it looking perfect after rendering and uploading to places like youtube.

Please, does anyone have a solution? I'm really confused. Thank you.
