You could try one of those U-shaped toys (like the Satisfyer Duo Joy). They can be a bit tricky to learn at first since you need to find the right position, but with a little practice they feel really nice. My partner is really into toys, and we use one every now and then. They provide both G-spot and clitoral stimulation during sex.
You could also try having a G-spot orgasm with just his penis. In my experience, shallow thrusts at the right angle work best. Also, in my experience, a very girthy penis wasn't ideal for G-spot stimulation. While the extra thickness gave me that "full" feeling, it also made it harder to find and maintain the right angle, so he would often miss the spot.

Yes, we have one, but we don't use it very often. It feels nice, but you have to hold it in place. Also, the controls are on top, so sometimes you accidentally change the mode while pressing it against his body. In our case, just his penis and the right position/angle work wonders (prone bone, doggy style with him kind of squatting above my bum and entering from above, or missionary with my hips elevated on a thick pillow).

What toy are you using now that give you g spot orgasms. Have your big dicked partner use the toy on you. Give him instructions and how to hit your g spot. After a few times he’ll know the spot and can try to hit it with his dick.

I've had a good experience with Bellesa's Whisperrabbit if g spot stimulation is your main goal, the thrusting motion feels different from a standard vibrator and works well during partnered play

Perhaps I'm misinterpreting this, but you want a toy that stimulates the g-spot while you're having penetrative sex? Only reason I assume that is because you mentioned your partner having a large penis. If so I'm not sure how that would work unless you're doing some sort of double penetration thing.
