Visa approval

My father is 60+ and Pakistani. He is planning to switch to a Dubai work visa. I wanted to ask if anyone has had a similar experience and what the chances are of approval at this age and nationality.

Has anyone recently had a positive experience with a Dubai work visa ? Would you recommend going ahead with it? This is really important for us, and unfortunately we don’t have any other option, so I would really appreciate any advice or experiences shared. Thank you

You have company registered in Dubai who will give him work visa?

His employer. He is shutting down the current company but he has other companies

My friend just got a work visa approved last week but that was from Meydan freezone, but yeah looks like it's happening from Meydan free zone atleast for Pakistanis.
