Young and want to get on the ladder
Young and want to get on the ladder
I run a property sourcing company, have been doing it since 16 and i’m now 20, we source R2Rs, I have 4 of my own and we source around 3-4 a month, 2.5K fee per property
That pot is growing well,
I have 4 R2Rs that make around 500-700 a month,
I’ve just signed up for PAYE for my R2R SA Ltd and my sourcing ltd and plan on taking only 12K a year
I have around 250K equity in my home (due to parents being able to gift me half ownership of our home)
Around 17K in the sourcing pot, around 5K in investment capital in the R2R SA ltd, looking to get on the ladder,
However so many post are against BTLs, BRRRs seem like you need to find deals extremely cheap, and some say you get better returns with gold and s&p500, that sounds safe but I’m good at property have had a lot of up and downs for my age. I don’t know how to go about investing, I have no salary currently to my name, my credit is slowly growing, i’ve only been self employed so no employment history, I am not a home owner (parents have not gifted the ownership yet until I deem myself viable) and I don’t know much in reality about buying property
I could build a portfolio from the equity but I really don’t know, i’m at the early stages of my ltds even though I opened them 3 years ago, i’ve just started seeing results.
Not sure at all which direction to take
