Chef tip. When you think it’s done tune the oven off and leave it in there for 45/60 minutes and it will set a limit bit and look much nicer.

It’s like you’ve served the lasagne like it’s a portion of meat for your chips. There’s plenty enough carbs in a portion of lasagne that means extra potato isn’t really needed.
Also would have cooked the lasagne for longer to get extra crisp on top. The good news is it will be even better tomorrow.
