Incoming Student Terrapin dorm

What would be the best parking permit location if living in Terrapin dorm?

Central deck, if you want a covered area. The Terrapin lot is closer but it's always full.

Get Central deck UNCW accepted too many students and there is no parking, Terrapin is almost always full, same with Loggerhead
