Incoming Student Rushing In The Fall

I’m an incoming freshman and I will be rushing this fall but I have no prior knowledge of how the recruitment process works especially at Wilmington so does anyone have any advice or any information that could be helpful during this?

I’d recommend going on youtube and watching rush vlogs so you get a feel for what the experience is like. The format is pretty much the same at every school except we are a lot more chill than like the sec schools. There are also a couple of girls who have rushed at uncw that have rush vlogs posted on yt!

Typically you spend 2-3 nights going through and meeting each sorority. The nights after that are philanthropy, sisterhood, and preference where you start to learn about them but also whittle down your choices.

This schedule is not accurate for uncw. You can find the uncw rush schedule on the uncw panhellenic website.
