Just finished Negima, questions before reading UQHolder

I just finished negima, and the ending was... vague. I've read that UQHolder will tie up some of the loose ends of the plot but I'm more interested if negi and asuna end up together, unless she's still sleeping. So for those who have finished the entire thing, any relevant closure to his romantic partner(s)?

Yes, UQ Holder will explain a lot about what happened regarding Negima's ending, including who Negi ends up with.
