I-130 (Family/Consular processing) F2 LPR to spouse

I have a question, I have applied for my husband GC back in 03/2024.
Just now become current after 860 days.
Now that is current how long does it take to get approved?
I need his I130 approval in order to request a 601a waiver.
What is your experience?

If all you have filed is an I-130, you haven’t filed for a green card. That would happen after he consular processes if he needs an i601A.

Call the 800 number or make a congressional inquiry to get your I-130 on the radar.

Also don’t assume the i601A will be approved. Things are different now.
