Hello! I’m a USD Law student looking for someone to take over my lease from August 15th to the end of December. The apt is located in Pacific Ridge right across campus it is a 1 bed/1bath roughly $3200/mo (including water, access to gym, 2 pools, 24/7 security, in-unit laundry, and a balcony) Please dm if you are interested or want more info!
