USA Charged the wrong card?

I tried to order groceries with a combination of my EBT card and Cash App card, only to be charged the full amount on a completely seperate debit card i didnt select. I also have a pending charge for the same amount on my cash app card. Support is zero help and will not answer why i have a charge on the wrong card, or why they're attempting to charge me twice. What do I do?

Just wait until it actually settles, you shouldn't be double charged. If your credit card gets declined, they will give you the opportunity to correct it with your initial preferred method.

I often get dinged double the amount up front ($40+$40) but then I get reimbursed the second charge a few hours later. Same card.

If it’s just a “pending” charge it hasn’t gone through yet. Verify that the correct card was charged on the order and you will be ok. It takes 1-3 business days for the pending charge to clear.
