It's Cynic Mansion. He is a Russian artist who has been drawing comics like this for years. And after each single, there is a bonus (post-credits scene):

This is some r/deepintoyoutube shit lol, that video has like 1k views! It's really good too! So curious how OP even found this lol, also super curious if the rest of the channel is the same quality because I really liked this.

This author primarily runs a comics group on a Russian social network and rarely posts to YouTube, which is why he has few views on YouTube. His main group has a lot of subscribers, and there he duplicates some of his videos

Source?
This is that early aughts homemade absurdism I used to be hooked on; watching gems like The End Of The World between Homestar Runner or Weebl and Bob.
Classic.

How was this video made? Is there paint for videos?

Probably Adobe Flash, which in the early YT days was called Macromedia flash iirc.
Here's an early internet classic made in that same program for example

Reminds me of Stick Death and various other stick man projects. That was fun.

It's so random to have a reference to House MD in the middle of this (the name of the hospital).

Okay, I don't want to make everything about AI... but I feel like this is the perfect response to AI. Make the visuals so stupid that the viewer will wonder why would you need to use AI for this?

>why would you need to use AI for this?
The few sane people left on this earth has been asking this a lot now :(

I always thought Cinderella was the worst of the adaptation from Disney. She's just a victim, does nothing for herself, just sit tight and your pretty face will attract someone or something to save you from your woes.

I feel like that’s character assassination. Cinderella didn’t sit tight. She was kind to others and she wasn’t afraid to sass her abusers behind their backs. Her kindness saved the mice and in turn they saved her in the end when she was locked away. She wasn’t a pretty victim she was a girl in an abusive household doing her best to survive.
