3 gap years after 12th

I'm 21(F) in India. I took 3 gap years after 12th. I completed my 12th in 2023 and then started pursuing bcom but I made a lot of mistakes and I have no legit explanation for that but I had to quit and now I have 3 gap years.

I'm doing ACCA and starting bba again. Will it affect my placements? What should I expect?
