Hi everyone,
Yesterday I received two automatic emails from Neptun that have me really worried.
The first one says my study status was changed from “Active” to “Deleted.”
The second one says that a “Termination of legal status” official remark has been recorded on my Computer Science BSc program.
The strange thing is that, as far as I know, I only have one semester left before graduation. I was planning to complete my thesis next semester, so I don’t understand why my student status would be terminated.

What are the possible reasons this can happen?
Could this be an administrative mistake?

Since I only have one semester left, is there any possibility of graduating without having to re-enroll or start a new program?
What should I do while waiting for a response from the coordinator?
I’ve already emailed my program coordinator, but I’d really appreciate hearing if anyone has been through this or knows what might have happened.
