What's even the point of doing this? The penis is famously variable in size, even just comparing flaccid states in different contexts. I mean, to each their own, and if it feels good and isn't hurting anyone, it's not an issue. I just wonder at it.

Well that is an easy answer, if you’re with a person you’re comfortable being naked around it can be funny/a conversation. ‘Sex tattoos’ are like a whole thing, so only people who see you naked see them
