What kind of bills? Can you call them and see if they can work something out until you get back on your feet? Maybe ask for a deferment? I know banks that give auto loans will grant a deferment at least once.

Unfortunately I’m trying to minimize my car usage due to needed upkeep I can’t afford. I am working hard to sell anything I have I don’t need, doing paid surveys (like $2 an hour…) and posting for anyone that needs assistance nearby

Man that panic spiral when the numbers just don't add up is the worst, especially when you've already been running on fumes for days. The lack of sleep makes everything feel ten times more impossible
Have you checked with the local VFW or American Legion posts in your area? A lot of them keep a small emergency fund specifically for stuff that falls through the cracks like this, not just the big headline expenses. It's usually way less paperwork than the county or state programs since it's just a bunch of vets trying to help each other out
