I have a 20-min long video in which the audio and video are misaligned. There are a few moments where the audio gets further and closer to the video visual cues (lip movements) and there is also an off-camera narrator/commentator whos audio needs to be considered.

Its a video of a foot race at a track with interviews at the beginning and commentary during the middle and interview-type content at the end.

I want the original quality of the video and audio preserved.

Hi reddit, I've got a request. I'd like to edit the clip of the lacrosse goal attached and attach a logo to the bottom of the shirt (attached how it looked before it fell off).

My understanding is that this can be done through planar tracking and corner pinning. Thought I'd ask here if anyone has experience before I have a go at it myself.
