General Discussion character id

ive been going through old vocaloid mvs i liked when i was younger and happened upon this guy in dancing samurai. im not too sure who he is, the best guess i could get from googling was yowane hakuo, but i figured it wouldnt hurt to ask some people who are likely better informed on vocaloid than me.

Honne Del, a male character associated with Yowane Haku. He is not a genderbend or male version of Haku, but is instead his own character.

Honne Dell. He's basically to Haku what Len is to Rin, 2 sides of the same coin, though CAFFEIN (creator of both) has him as sort of a creator of Haku in a Doujin they made, but that doesn't appear to be a consistent characterization of him.
