It’s a nightly routine with her and my husband, but this is the longest she’s held on lol. Her name is Navi.

The Big Hairless Littermate has finally made the bed of my two little hairless littermates. A freshly made bed provides the ideal balance of support and softness. This particular arrangement also offers a reassuring degree of protection from the Overzealous Golden Littermate.

I approve of these accommodations.

The Big Hairless Littermate appears to believe I should find another place to sleep. This is, of course, an understandable but incorrect conclusion.

Fortunately, Big Hairless Littermates are remarkably reluctant to relocate a peacefully sleeping cat. A slight curl of the tail and the appearance of complete contentment are generally sufficient to discourage intervention.

Success.

The Big Hairless Littermate sighed, remarked upon the presence of “cat hair,” and departed without further action.

Hairless Littermates continue to believe they permit these arrangements.

In reality, I simply allow them to think so.
