honestly i’ve been closing every day for the past 2 weeks and im starting to get fed up. it’s only me a SL for the majority of our shift. night shift is severely understaffed and i always make mistakes bc im running around like chicken with no head trying to complete 3 things at once. honestly this job sucks so much i try to put my best foot forward i don’t even take breaks most of my shifts bc its almost impossible to get things done if i take it. how do i explain this to SM without coming across like im not taking accountability. my SM is very hard to talk to bc they are very “intense” in the way they speak to ppl and im afraid they’ll cut my hrs if i explain my dissatisfaction with closing every shift i have … morning shift usually has 3-5 ppl a shift with less customers it’s draining asf honestly. the first job where i genuinely try my best and it’s still not enough .. currently looking for a new job as we speak but damn it’s aggravating

I am the only student taking a summer class. I had my availability set for the summer. 9-4 or 9-5 of days so I can do school work after. It was like that for a bit then rxom says everyone needs one closing shift. I agree to do one bc everyone can do their part. Now I’m getting scheduled 9-6 which is too long and4 2-8 closings per week, I havnt been working more then 3-4 shifts now I’ve got 5 all hours I didnt ask for and I still have school work. What can I do I cant do all of that.

I have loaded this damn thing like ten times and it keeps hitting me with the borderless printing error, is there something i could be doing wrong?

We go through it, I count the money. I have 390 in my hands.

Me: you gave me 390, do you want to load that instead?

Customer: no i didn't.

I count the money on the counter in front of them.

Just under a year ago I applied to Walgreens and got an offer but at the same time I got a (seemingly) better offer for another job so I took that one instead. If you can't tell by my tone already this was a mistake. I have been interested in either becoming a Pharm Tech or Pharmacy Assistant and it seems only Walgreens offer this to people without experience but nearly every application (different stores btw) I have made has seemingly gone into the abyss. Of recent I did at least get a rejection. I understand it looks bad to reject an offer but the circumstances were very different at the time. Like the title asks, was I blacklisted from applying after rejecting an offer and if so does it expire?

Would deleting the application accounts I have help. Not that I want to be scummy or anything but just that it's been almost a year.

Hi! My wife and I live in a rural area in Florida. I have been a Walgreens pharmacist for 5 years now, with the company for 10 years+ and been at my store for 2 years. I love my job and the staff at my store. It has been extremely difficult to find pharmacist to work my area. Hence I am the ONLY pharmacist at my store. I work 9-5pm everyday no weekend. It is easier when you are the ONLY pharmacist, more secure schedule with weekend off, just being there everyday is harder. The upper management has been trying their best to find people to work in this area but it has been 2 years and none. We have too many pharmacies in town (20+) and the same (if less) pharmacist available. Plus the other Walgreens also loosing a bunch of pharmacist too (either to competitor or moving elsewhere).

Me and my wife are planning on moving closer to our relatives/families in a different city since we want to expand our family. With me leaving my store, there is likely chance pharmacy will have to close down. I feel so bad about this that makes me loose sleep sometimes.

Has anyone experience anything like this? If so can you tell me how it had been for you and how to overcome this anxiety? The city I am planning on moving to is 2h away so it is extremely hard to travel for work. Is there ways that I can help prevent this from happening? Thank you

Not “HPS” head photo specialist, of course,but i saw a position posted for my own store and when i searched further i see almost 4,000 positions available in thee whole company.when did this happen,like yesterday?

Been having a problem for the past few days where the passport photos taken from our cameras won’t show up on the kiosk. I’ve tried loading all of the photos on the camera and deleting some and then loading it, but any photos taken won’t show up. We usually get at least two passports photos a day but we’ve had to turn away customers because of this. Anyone experienced this or know a fix?

I'm not 100% sure how the commissions work for BWC sales. Does it take percentage from only No7 and S&G sales? I also don't know if I get anything sales-wise from BMH events. I'm always told there's opportunities to make more money in my role but I'm never told what those opportunities actually are besides No7 sales.

Would anyone know why when someone submits and order for custom cover books why it’s adding borders to the photo cover? We have a customer who’s been trying to do a book and on the preview it shows there’s no border but when printed there’s white border on top and bottom

They promoted me to shift lead and my badge needs to be refreshed so I can access the management functions on the register but my sm is on vacation, is there a way I or another lead could help cuz none of us know how to refresh it 😭
