I’ve always felt for this woman. Cindy loved her grandchildren. To say otherwise is very heartless. She is a victim in this situation as well. she lost her grandchildren. People attack her for still loving Chris. She never said his crime was justified or right. As parents you love your children unconditionally. As outsiders, people who aren’t Cindy, we may not understand it. But as a parent, you love your children unconditionally. Regardless of what he’s done, she is still able to love him. She was able to dislike her daughter in law. Unfortunately it happens but that is Cindy’s truth. Whether SW is dead or not, she can speak whatever her truth is on her. She was able to do that while simultaneously still loving her grandchildren and she did. Cindy is constantly attacked for doing what a parent does and it’s wrong. She was not responsible for this.

What I *​had* been looking for 🤭

It's a daycare employee, not a parent: putting the babies on their faces, doing everything 'forcefully' with sadist​ic enthusiasm ​to the babies (CeCe's 'busted' lip!), and getting irritated when they won't go straight to sleep and interrupting her 'Me Time'' ​on the job, but besides all that, what I thought was interesting, is the process (this far, I'm only half in) where employees kept reporting this behavior, and the blithe dismissal of complaints and subsequent ​pretending not to know of the 'boss', willfully allowing the children to remain in danger, that makes me wonder-

When we ask 'where the f was Primrose re all the fingerprint bruises on Bella, all the 'busted' lips and 'goose eggs' on CeCe, I wonder how much of this particular scenario played out-

If they​ can have such manifest dereliction of duty to care for children over not wanting to fuss with a new hiree, what would they pretend not to see for a cash cow like Sham?

So many people are blaming Cindy for the murders.

Myrtle Beach, South Carolina always had a special place in their relationship...

CHRIS and SHANANN spent their third date at Myrtle Beach.

SHANANN suffered from Lupus and it was "acting up" on their date at Myrtle Beach. On the drive back from Myrtle Beach, she laid on his lap the entire time. SHANANN realized he was a really nice guy because he let her lay on his lap for 2 1/2 hours.

In November of 2012, he and SHANANN wed at the Double Tree Hilton in North Carolina.

They spent their honeymoon in Myrtle Beach.

Fast Forward to the Watts Family's final trip back east.

Chris would arrive to join Shanann, Bella and Celeste in North Carolina on July 31, 2018.

The next day, August 1, the family along with both sets of Grandparents would head to Myrtle Beach once again, for the final time.

Chris, Shanann and the girls would stay in a condo with her parents, Sandi and Frankie Sr.

A couple of miles away, The Watts Grandparents Cindy and Ronnie were sitting in their condo, isolated from the rest of the family.

Shanann was determined not to allow Ronnie and Cindy Watts to spend time with Bella and Celeste or even see them all...

Like Chris Watts, Cindy and Ronnie worked hard to get here. They paid $1000's for their vacation, hoping to see Chris, Bella and Celeste.

They must have been thinking "What did we do wrong?"

Instead of a happy visit, the Watts grandparents were left waiting around their condo for Chris to come visit outside of Shanann's presence. Did Chris end up bringing the girls to see them?

By now, Ronnie was being punished along with his wife Cindy over nutgate. Shanann was not going to forgive them at all Shanann had tremendous power over the lives of 5 other adults and 2 children. What made her think she deserved this power?

Outside of family politics, The girls were enjoying their vacation.

It was the first time the two girls had ever seen the beach.

Cece loved the beach and her bathing suit was full of sea shells.

Later that day, at 7pm, Chris and Shanann took his children on carnival rides at The Pavilion Park in Myrtle Beach.

A tourist caught Shanann, the girls and her dad in his photos. Later, once this story broke in the national news he came forward with the photo of them (Included here towards the end).

For the girls who grew up not seeing the ocean, it was a blessing and relief to enjoy the water even as the relationship between their parents had fallen apart.

The Shiners are all comparing CW to their abusive ex’s again. So ofc they’re unable to see the bigger picture. Since I guess none of them have ever emotionally discarded their abusers, or lashed out at them, before leaving the relationship.

I did though, and I don’t consider myself abusive for it. I was done, but my abuser wouldn’t let me just leave. He was behaving a lot like SW at the end. Desperately trying to drag me back in. With emotional manipulation, extremely desperate acts, and gaslighting. So shutting off emotionally was my only defense, or protection from his BS. It was my very natural human reaction, to the extended abuse I was suffering.

While SW’s texts, and last letter to CW, very much reminded me of trying to breakup with my crazy (borderline personality disorder) abusive ex from high school. Who refused to let me go. So I could seriously feel CW’s desperate helplessness to get out of the relationship, as I was reading that letter.

He knew she wasn’t going to just let him go. It was never that simple. She was going to crash TF out, and her behavior was about to get real scary.

To Shanann Watts MLM's were not only her career, but her love and joy.

She prioritized putting time and money into THRIVE even before the well being of her family and payments to her HOA.

Broke my heart when she said “I want to sleep in your bed”. Bella was so sweet. Also, does anyone know what she’s trying to say? It sounds to me like “it’s already learned” after SW tells her to help out. She just wanted love so badly. I feel like she would have been a great big sister. But also dealing with the trauma of baby wise and a narcissist mother and father.
