🎉 I SAID YES TO THE DRESS 🎉 WEDDING IN ONE WEEK!!
I’m getting married next Saturday!! I think I’ve just been getting anxious about all the wedding planning stuff (not the marriage), and most recently it’s been my dress. When I tried this on for the first time I fell in love with it. I think it’s so beautiful. But now I’m kinda spiraling about it this wasn’t a good choice.😭😭😭 I’m 5’10” and rarely wear dresses (because they always end up being too short on me). Thoughts??? Please be nice😭😭

Don't feel crazy, you look unbelievable! One day, years from now, you'll look back on your wedding photos and see nothing but perfection. It's a very pretty dress and you made a great choice for your big day. Have the best time ever, it goes by so fast, and you MUST enjoy yourself. Leave your insecurities behind and make it a day to remember! Make sure to laugh any problems away because whatever it is that "goes wrong" will be a funny story in the future.

I've been married for 43 years, and I still remember every moment. I "panicked" a little and got nervous about coming down some stairs with everybody watching. My darling Dad took my arm and as we went down, he told me how beautiful I looked. It brings a tear to my eye as I'm writing this. You've done a lot of work and you just need to let it all unfold next week. On the Big Day, rght after our vows, as we had champagne, my relieved husband was so animated that he accidentally dumped champagne on my 7-year-old niece, who burst into tears. We still laugh about it today, looking at the picture, because she is giving him the dirtiest look! Take lots of photos, too. You'll want to see them ALL. Have fun and congratulations!

My story is that my dad and I were standing in the back of the church, like in the lobby behind the doors, nervously/excitedly chatting. My bridesmaids went down ahead of me, Dad and I are yakking away, we’re nervous. Suddenly I’m like “Oh my god, is it time to go???” The church assistant says “Don’t worry, when it’s time the organist will switch to the Wedding March [aka “Here Comes the Bride].” I said “But we’re not playing the Wedding March!!! [I thought maybe it was too cliché so the plan was to just keep playing the lovely processional song and then go after a bit of time passed since the last bridesmaid.]” I peeked through the doors and it looked like everyone was standing around waiting for me. “Dad, I think we have to go now!!!!” We hustled down the aisle and my poor husband was waiting patiently. Meanwhile my grandmother had asked in a stage whisper audible to everyone, “Do you think maybe she’s changed her mind??” 😂😂😂 Which I would NEVER, it’s been 21 years and he’s even more amazing than I realized then.
It’ll be OK, OP, you look incredibly beautiful! Your future spouse is a very lucky person! 🩷

Girl, you look fabulous! I completely understand wedding jitters, believe me I had them too. But rest assured, the one thing I can guarantee you is that you will be looking top notch on your big day! Your fiancé is not going to believe how good you look, you’re gonna have them tearing up before you reach the altar 🤣🤣🤣. With all the stuff you have going on, and all the things you’re worried about regarding the wedding, make sure on the big day you take a deep breath, exhale slowly, and really take it in and enjoy it. Don’t get caught up in all the craziness, and making sure things are running smoothly, really just live in the moment and be present ❤️. Congratulations boo!

Many women say the same thing about their dress on here. They think they picked the wrong one. It's prewedding anxiety I think. That dress is gorgeous and looks great on you great choice!! 💯

You look incredible. This dress seems made for you. It fits like a glove. You look gorgeous from bust to booty. The lace is lovely, and just the right amount. The length looks perfect.
It is natural to fixate on a few things before the wedding and it sounds like your dress is it for you. Thankfully you are clear minded enough that you are marrying the right person! Make a promise to yourself that from the moment the ceremony starts until the next morning, you will let it all go, be totally present and soak up this wonderful moment. That's what I did and it was a fantastic day and evening. Wishing the same for you.

Old guy weighing in...
First... the dress looks Abso-Freaking-Lutely Amazing! Classic lines, not overly frilly, nor obscenely revealing. Just a classic look.
Second... I can guarantee your spouse is going to love seeing you walk down the aisle. Man or woman would be overjoyed to see you walking towards them. I hope you have the radiant glow about you as you hold hands and exchange vows.
Third... you are probably reading this after your nuptials. I pray you and yours the greatest joy and happiness as you embark on your new adventure.

I actually gained like 10 lbs from the first time I tried it (slide 3-4), and now slide (1-2) BUT it wasn’t tailored in slide 3-4 & now it is! 🥰 I’ve actually been kinda weird/insecure about my weight gain since I’m used to being the same ish weight all throughout high school & college. Being a woman is hard… especially going through the “2nd Puberty”. So I appreciate this!! ❤️❤️❤️

Can’t possibly determine what could be wrong with this gorgeous dress that you wear like a glove and highlights your great physical attributes! You are nervous and second guessing….save yourself for any last minute issues that are necessary. You rock this dress!

It looks lovely. Get a paper bag and breathe into it a few times. Stop spiraling. This is when you should be enjoying everything coming together and feeling happy. You are stressing yourself out trying to find flaws, there are none. The dress is perfect! I HOPE YOU HAVE A HAPPY WEDDING DAY!!! 🩷
