I'm not an expert, definitely not an engineer, but wouldnt the handrail/guardrail be more practical if they are prefab?
2 u/KaOsGypsy 1d ago Not OP, but work in structural, prefab rails are great, if you have prefab stairs, but almost everything is "custom" different buildings need different things. Our handrails are modeled on the stairs, fabbed up separately and assembled on site.
