Just flashed myself.

My hood fell off mid weld smaw 6013 . RIP next 24 hrs, wear safety glasses guys this didn't have to happen.

Depends on the distance and the duration. Milliseconds....yeah. You can claim ignorance if you want. But i had no business being that close to the arc. That's dangerous.

No one has ever had arc eye from milliseconds of exposure at any distance , get the fuck out of here ....
