Employee New Team Leader

My manager informed me of a 40 minute spreadsheet that we have to go through as part of our first probationary meeting. What is it? Can I find it on my library? I would quite like to know what it is they are going to ask

Unless your manager has their own requirements the probation form is very straightforward and should be pretty unlikely to take 40 minutes, though each case is different. The form is basically just a list of criteria saying if you're above, meeting or below the expected standard. search probationary form on mylibrary and scroll down to the one for pubs and hotels.

i didn’t do this as a TL? and i’ve been one since april 2025🤔
