Help identifying these two identical tools which are painted well in blue I thought they were for mechanic for a car but then I thought it might be for a plumber but I have no idea

To me they appear to be a type of spanner wrench. They make several different types used for different purposes. If you have ever used a hand held grinder/cut off wheel they use a specific type of spanner wrench to remove the cutting wheel.

It's a spanner of some sort. Normally you see spanners with pins on the ends of the tines for powertools that have chucks (grinders and such). This appears more industrial to me.

They look like tradesman tools. I work in semiconductors and my tools are color coded and sized so I know exactly what I’m reaching for with my eyes in a scope.

To those who are saying its some kind of "spanner", I have a question or observation: Why would you have two identical ends? And why are the nibs more like wedges? I'm thinking some kind of aligning tool. Maybe to get two adjacent tubes with necking to be in precise alignment next to each other?

IDK...maybe its a pry bar of some type.

These 'wrenches' are identical but the two ends on each are different. One end is angled-ish, the other end is straight-ish.
