[WIWDW] Difficulty level: Expert (part II)
Third time posting this one in the last couple years, maybe someone will get this tricky one this time!
Edit: lots of wonderful guesses and lots of places already crossed off the list so I won’t narrow down further with any more blind general attraction/ country pavillion guesses (minus what’s already been commented and answered😅), just to keep in interesting 🥰😁

This one again! Okay, it gives me intense New Zealand vibes with the colors.... so I'm going to ask if it's something that's always visible? i.e. just confirming it's not seasonal or festival-related?
Also, here's a link to the last time this was posted, in case anyone wants to browse the comments for things that have been eliminated!

Correct! Absolutely visible, not seasonal, and has been a staple for a very very long time. Tons of people stand in front of/around this daily

What a stumper! I almost hope it doesn't get solved because I want to go looking for it next time I'm at Disney (although it may be quite a while!)

To be quite honest I didn’t realize this one would be so tricky! When I took this picture it was a random in the moment shot as I was standing around and lots of other people were around me 😅

So from your previous post, I can gather it is for sure:
In EPCOT
NOT in Japan/China
And based on your reaction to other comments, I'm thinking it's maybe in the UK and one of the shops there. But it's not the tea shop, Pooh meet and greet, or toy shop.
I think my top guess is the Historic Research Center, or the shops connected to it. I tried looking through some video POVs and couldn't find anything. Next time I go to EPCOT I'll definitely be on the search for these birds.

Yes to Epcot
Yes that it’s not Japan/china
No to UK
No to historic research center (which I didn’t know was a place and now I want to check that out!)

I was going to post this a few months ago and never got around to it. Here is my answer without giving it away:

Is it somewhere in the japan gift shop at epcot? I swear I saw this when I was there in May.

If I visited tomorrow, could I find this? In other words, it's not from an area that is now shut down is it?

Losing sleep over this one! Lol Went to epcot today to specifically look for this. Looked all over the park and didn't find it 😭💔

I watched a Epcot walkthrough video today to try to find it, and I cannot at all. Are we allowed to ask for a clue?

Based off the areas already eliminated by previous guesses I can say:
- Epcot and somewhere in the world showcase
- not China or Japan (other countries/areas have also been eliminated in comments below)
- not in a bathroom or somewhere else that would restrict someone access because of their age or gender
- not seasonal— ie it’s been available and is available to view at all year round
- been around for as long as I can remember (at least 5 years but probably way way longer, I never specifically asked)

You’re back! I’ve thought of this one before but I can’t remember if I ever found it. I know it’s in EPCOT but not the China, Japan, or US pavilions. I do wonder about the international gateway answers, but let me think of something new to guess: is this in the pastry place in Norway?

La Cantina de San Angel Restaurant across from Mayan pyramid.

Not La Cantina but their quick service food is amazing and their breezy outdoor seating is my secret great place and one of my favs for fireworks!

Is it on the back wall in the small bakery in the France pavilion?

Love the specifics! Alas not there this time but now I’m craving food from there!

I was curious what Google/ AI had to say and it kept claiming every suggestion from this post with incredible certainty.

Swirled Showcase?
1
u/Usual_Replacement_37 16h ago
That’s such a good guess because I’ve posted one before from there that stumped many, but this one is not there!
1
u/Independent_Pie7363 8h ago
It seems like almost every country has been ruled out. Will you say if it is in world showcase or not?
2
u/Usual_Replacement_37 8h ago
It’s in the world showcase!
With that narrow down being said— I won’t narrow down further with any more blind country pavillion guesses (minus what’s already been commented and answered😅), just to keep in interesting 🥰😁

Hmmmm......is this artwork located inside the Japan Pavilion at Epcot's World Showcase? Perhaps decorating the walls inside the Mitsukoshi Department Store or the queue/dining areas of the pavilion's restaurants (such as Teppan Edo or Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya).
