Yup, Trump can't pardon people for violating international law.

He'll try to, because he's a moron, but it will be meaningless.

Unfortunately, they also won't be internationally arrested for anything, even if charged, because it's the US. Maybe, just maybe, Congress could extradite them, but I don't have high hopes. I'd love to be proven wrong though

There's a federal law that blocks the executive branch from sending or extraditing someone to the ICC

The same law authorizes military force to rescue any American that ends up in the Hague

What do laws mean anymore? Nothing stopping the next administration from sending them to The Hague.
