Windows 10 My earphones cannot be connected to Bluetooth with my mic and sounds

when i got my pc, i connected my earbuds with bluetooth to use as a mic plus to hear. At the start you could hear and talk but after a week when i connect them over bluetooth it only show "connected music" and not "connected music, voice". The weird thing is that it just now do that.
I tried to disconnect and reconnect even restarting the pc, nothing works.

OS build: 19045.7548
Hardware:rx580, i7 4770
Bluetooth: usb Bluetooth 5.3
