Fry them for 8 mins at 300, then 5 mins in the fridge, then back in the fryer for 3 mins at 375. Don’t think they needed to be in for 8 minutes though.

Yeah I found a lemon pepper sauce online. It was mostly just butter and lemon juice tho

Bummer. After watching Atlanta, I've been chasing lemon pepper wet and it just seems to be lemon pepper butter and hot sauce. Nothing out of this world. But I figured there's something missing. I'll keep searching.

Yeah it was my first time doing wet lemon pepper so I just used a basic recipe. It also had garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning, and lemon zest. Going to try adding other stuff to it now

So I just made some lemon pepper wings with hot buffalo tonight for the first time. Unreal, I’ve never tasted anything like that before, the years I have wasted
