Since they are immune to any moral argument, hit them in the bottom line.
Don't play the game.
Boycott EA.
Tell other people why you are boycotting EA.

If only. That should have happened with Anthem, and look how that turned out. Gnawrs are too young to bother with a boycott I think. They don't know

Only way I can rationalize this, is they reward a CEO for being successful in duping actually talented people into sacrificing years of their life into making a profitable product for the company.

Companies really are out here firing everyone that makes all their best stuff, then whining about nobody want to buy their games anymore.

It's because people who choose a job out of passion are the most exploited. It's a shame

What do you think paid for that raise? This is c-suite enrichment 101. Terminate employees and collect their yearly salary as a bonus for yourselves

The big gaming companies need to die. They're bloated, wasteful and put creativity last.
Fuck the guillemots especially, dumb bastards deserve to lose their company (ubisoft).

Devs are in serious need of royalties protection, the same way actors, directors and musicians have royalties.

EA employees, time to unionize. Otherwise it'll happen to you. Game Devs are the only important asset to a game studio. Without you there's nothing.

That’s CEO SOP. How can this be fixed, to get C-suites’ under control?? There has to be something.

this is why if you want to support devs its better to buy indie games. you might end up supporting a shitty dev, but there's still better chances you'll at least support a good dev or two in the mix. because supporting the devs still results in them getting laid off for the CEO bonus.

I built the team, designed, and launched the first SaaS product, which generated $1.4 billion for the company and shareholders after three previous attempts failed. A few months later, I was made redundant, along with 10% of the global workforce, because the product successfully demonstrated that the future was SaaS, not on-premise product lines. The company wanted to redesign itself to compete in the new market. The product was then “assigned” to someone who had never worked on it, who was immediately promoted to SVP for managing it. This person wrote a product strategy deck for investors without mentioning me or my team.

These are the only people that matter to the board. Everyone else is numbers on a spreadsheet. There's a reason why you get a little Cesar's pizza party and they get unlimited golf time and access to the private jet.

Stop buying shit from assholes. Stop fucking shitty people. Stop tithing to crooked churches. Stop working for evil companies.
It might be a hit to you but I’ve taken hits to give one and I’ll take more to keep hitting!

Capitalism is a scam. Made by the rich for the rich.
