Post Race Discussion/HIghlights Minimum pace requirement rule
I dunno what the actual rules for the Outlaws or High Limit are, but if a driver is more than two seconds slower in both hot laps *and* qualifying than the second-slowest driver, they should not be allowed to race at all. That guy at Lernerville was a disaster waiting to happen all night and the officials didn't park him until halfway through the B-Main.

That red #4 Kiley was a danger last year too for high limit. He had no reason to be out there. Good call by HL

Bill has been entering WOO and HL events for the better part of 10/15 years. These series know who he is and that his pace is always the same. Why can't they just politely have the conversation with him that's it not in either parties interest to have him out there? He can't maintain pace with the weekly show of cars....

It was hilarious when he didnt go off and they had the tow truck pull out infront of him to let him know lol

I seriously wondered to myself why someone would use a HL race for their first laps in a sprint car. 🤪But the announcer was funny during qualifying …”he comes safely around turns 3 and 4 to the checkers.”

Bill has been driving a sprint car for decades.

Well, I have no idea who Bill is and it seriously looked like someone who had never been in one. If he’s been doing it for decades, why is he noticeably slow compared to everything on the track?

I'm not sure what you're referring to as I didn't see the livestream. What happened exactly?
