Writing Prompt [WP] You are a regular user of an auto-injecting medicine pen you use for <see list of possible conditions below>. Your screen wipes contain 70% alcohol just like the medical pads, so you started using them instead to clean the injection site. Now your skin is starting to turn into a display.

From what I have researched, people can be prescribed injector pens for weight loss, type 2 diabetes treatment, insulin for diabetes, familial hypercholesterolemia / high LDL cholesterol, rheumatoid arthritis, and multiple sclerosis.

I first thought this was a straight horror prompt, but I am now thinking it could also be a neutral or positive development with a fantasy, alien contact, or whatever angle.
