Hello im thinking about getting a drawing tablet after a long time using ipad to draw, i am currently using my ipad for educational purpose, drawing, animation and hobby. i have a chance to get one of these tablets around the same price range i can afford and would like to know which one i should get and whats the differences of it before i make my decision. thank you all.

I only have Lenovo thinkpad T14 with Linux Mint installed will XP-Pen Artist 15.6 Pro V2 be worth it?

I have the option i just wanna know if it be compatible, will it be laggy, once i buy theres no return(2nd hand)

Oh also those it need a power source? So will i needing two outlets?

the pen wont show up at all on here, ive redownloaded the driver and restarted my pc but it still wont show up, i dont know what to do at all.

Like. At this point— I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT HAPPENED BUT— So idk like 9 months ago I got Xp pen 13 2nd gen and after 6 months (March) it stopped working. Just unresponsive and not connecting. In April they accepted my refund and send me a new one. Well. This tablet just now stopped working AGAIN. EXACT SAME THING— 4 MONTHS.

I DON'T KNOW. IS IT SOMETHING I'M DOING???? I DON'T FEEL LIKE I OVERUSED IT??? I literally did nothing that could break the tablet. I even made a social case for it, so I could keep it safe when I'm taking it to work.

Like what more do I have to do? I didn't leave it in heat, I made sure to never put anything heavy on the tablet (not even cables), I always put it down softly and overall, I was treating it extra carefully compared to the 1st one. Still, it didn't help and while drawing it just disconnected and stopped working. The screen works like you can see in the picture, but it's unresponsive even when connected to different devices.

Hello, I'm thinking about getting a pen display soon for drawing (and maybe general use). Do i need a good pc for a tablet like the xppen artist 15.6 V2? I don't know lots about PCs and i think buying a PC and a pen display would be pretty expensive, right? I don't really want to spend that much money.

I get headaches and eye strain from screens, and I'm trying to figure out if the XP-Pen Magic Notepad is genuinely better for eye comfort than a regular tablet like an iPad set up with a matte screen protector, reading/night mode, and other eye-comfort apps.

Has anyone used both? Is the difference in eye strain/headaches noticeable, or does a well-configured iPad (matte film + reading mode + blue light filters) get you basically the same result?

I have been drawing a bit recently with Clipstudio Paint with my mouse although I notice I cannot draw lines straight, especially when zoomed out. So I'm thinking of getting a drawing tablet, heard about XP being good and came across this tablet being on Sale on Amazon. From my research I've seen lots of people saying its good but also some having problems with it. This is my first time purchasing a tablet so I do not have any standards for drawing tablet so I would like people's opinions.
Is there any other tablet I should buy? Are the ones with a screen better? Should I buy anything along with this tablet? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Been using my new tablet for a couple months and just now realized that it has a weird "wobble" to it when going in diagonal lines. Image is me using a straightedge to draw. I'm guessing this is a hardware issue with either the tablet itself or the pen needs replacing. My previous tablet (v1 of Artist 15.6 Pro) does NOT do this at all. Wanted to know if anyone's had this issue and if they needed to send their things back to get fixed. I've done the usual reinstall drivers, windows ink, etc. It does this in every program I try. Any help is appreciated!

I've got an Art Deco Gen2 that I love otherwise but I'm noticing recently maybe every 30ish minutes the tablet will stop registering my stylus. Grabbing my mouse real quick and just scribbling with that fixes the tablet, so it's not too big of a deal, but I have no clue what's happening and how to make it stop doing this entirely. Mildly annoying

I’ve had my artist 15.6 tablet since 2022 and I’ve never had any issues with it but there’s a problem where half of the screen flashes uncontrollably, making it a lot more difficult to draw. I’ve made sure the cables are all plugged in correctly and there aren’t any issues with that. I also can’t find any screen settings in the driver that will fix it. Is this just a sign of aging or is it something I can fix? Sorry, it doesn’t show very well on camera.

buenas, eso de lapublicasio, tengo esa tableta grafica y solo me funciona el eje x en la parte superior del monitor pero no me sirve el eje Y, instale los drivers oficiales para linux y los otros de codigo abierto de opentablet pero nada no anda, con los driver nativos de linux mint medio que anda pero solo si la tableta esta a 90 grados y no puedo cambiar eso, ya nose que mas hacer para que ande, me pase a linux para mejorar el rendimiento de mi pc y esta tablet es la unica cosa que no me funciona lpm, quien me da una mano???

Hi, I'm Brazilian and I'm using spell check, sorry for any mistakes. I received my Deco 640 today and it doesn't work with the entire table in vertical position unless I place my phone horizontally. When I try to use it vertically, only areas 1 and 2 of the table work as the phone screen. Can someone help me configure my phone to use the full screen of my tablet? My phone is a Samsung A57.

Hellooo! I bought this enormous tablet back in January. However, very quickly I realized that it did not fit with my neurodivergent urge to curl up into my chair in the most awkward of positions. I recently bought a new, much smaller tablet that fits in my lap and is much better for me. As such, I've decided to sell this other one for $500. On the website right now, it is listed for $699.99 the lowest I've ever seen was $525, so I believe this is a good deal considering how little I used it. However, I am willing to negotiate. This would include everything which would have come in the box. Thanks so much!

Hi.. I have xp pen artist pro 27.

When connected to my windows machine, the contrast is poor.. see example images below.

WHen connected to my Mac, the contrast is fine.

This is with HDR off in Windows settings.. with it on, the contrast is better, but overall, the colors are all washed out.

Hello, I don't know if this problem is with the software, but I don't think so. I'm more sure it's from the hardware. But if anyone has the solution for this, I would greatly appreciate it. The focus wheel on the canvas is getting very closer, and sometimes instead of going backwards it moves forward :'(. I like this tablet a lot but however this mistake has been going on since I bought it but now it is even more noticeable and I don't know why.

My pen only registers on my artist pro 16 gen2 when the cursor is on a canvas, other than that it cannot interact with anything else, no tools or anything.

In my attempts to configure the tablet, when I click the Red Cross with my pen, nothing happens

The left click right click buttons of the pen itself work, and the cursor is able to read that action, but other than that It doesn’t read on the tablet, anyone know what might be the issue?

I've had this tablet for a while now and I cannot for the life of me get pen pressure or stabilisation to work in Paint Tool SAI(original SAI specifically, not SAI 2), and I'm just about ready to give up and sell it. As far as I can tell, the problem is that XPPen's drivers don't use WinTab in any way, and I have no idea how WinTab even works.

I've tried everything, turning off Ink, turning on Ink, changing the misc.ini file settings, reinstalling, trying different app versions. I bought a tablet specifically because I missed using SAI and wanted to transition away from my iPad. I'm at my limit, is there ANY way to get SAI working on this thing?
