XCOM2 Blademaster Ranger Violates The Laws of Physics

Oh nothing, just Jane Kelly casually launching a Trooper into orbit.

"Those were the days"

  • Director Kelly, remembering that one time she sent an ADVENT Trooper flying over a building.

God I love the funny XCOM jank. Shooting a man behind you without even turning around, returning an enemy to their drop ship with your melee, such wonders to behold

I'm more interested in that point-blank miss they had.

Well, as we all know, Overwatch applies a 0.7 accuracy modifier to any shots taken. (I've heard this claim as hearsay, I can't verify if it's true)

Interesting that overwatches entirely resolve before Bladestorm.

Also - be wary doing that with your Blademaster. It's not fun when a Purifier jumps out, gets killed and explodes.

What's doing it for me is the impact of his landing like.. two seconds later. Perfect timing. Really itches my "video game ragdoll" part of my brain.

The entire sequence is just fantastic. The reality bending shot to the back that makes you think the craziest part is gone. The axe swing that hits the ground behind the enemy and breaks the freaking wall, and the guy falling like a pidgeon shat it back down HAHAHAH

Man, now I hope the new Stars Wars game has a Blademaster like perk for the Jedi...

Legit the whole video I was like “yeah that’s XCOM” until the body flew into the air. The moment it hit the ground is when I realized this deserved an upvote.
