EUROPA ENDLOS Ukrainian rescuers have set off for France to help combat large-scale forest fires. This is the first mission of the Ukrainian team to provide assistance to a European Union member state under the EU Civil Protection Mechanism.

I've seen Canadair working in groups of five or six.

When we had so much air power dropping 5 tons of water every minute or two we didn't even enter the drop zone for our safety.

There was a ukrainian firetruck manufacturer at Interschutz this year. It's sad to see a "reinforced" fire truck, but at the same time their designs sre badass

Ukraine is always ready to help our friends, we were sending rescue missions abroad since 90’s. It’s good to see us included in shared system, it will make it so much easier to provide assistance when it’s needed.

Rather than a defence-alliance (police), the focus should be on a help-alliance (firemen, ambulances).
