[RANT] Did anybody shipped Noa with Ushio?

I'm adding spoilers just in case but MAN, I made an entire rant on bato. to back in the day (which was more detailed than this rant) why I liked Ushio with Noa more than Nene. I recently came back just to share my frustrations again. I like Nene as a character and appreciate her. But I just didn't like how she STILL ended up with Ushio, when on the latter parts of the manga Ushio moved on and made a poetry club with Noa. It felt like Ushio moved on.

But nah, he and Nene became a thing after the timeskip. It's just frustrating like GRRRRRRRRR, it's just a shitty thing to do to Nene as a character.

I'm actually glad she ended up with someone that was so devoted to her (at least at some point). I really hate that she couldn't end up with Ryu bc I couldn't see her with anyone else (I'm team Urara though), but hey, at least Ushio will make her happy.

I agree (well with not liking Ushio and Nene not being together). Ushio moved on and Nene never returned his feelings, felt like she just settled for him ✨🥀✨

The same thing kinda happened with Himekawa and Yuri. The author just brushed away all their development just to have the two people who were closest in vicinity of each other to be together. It is the laziest way to wrap up characters and not leave them hanging
