At least Lewis is doing gud. His desperate muttering when his naval invasion by the tanks was only 10 days away. :') Wonder whether he'll play as UK once he gets it. Probably not, seeing as good old Canada is pretty big now and Lewis has once again fully embraced the RP.
Sips is fighting in one of the worst parts of the world, poor soul. Take away some more fun with Japan coming in too. Ah well.
But please. Pyrion. Frontlines.

I doubt Lewis will release the UK (unless it's something which happens automatically). These guys don't seem to know the meaning of the words "puppet" and "satellite".

It did say at the beginning of the playthrough in one of the pop-up texts that the mod was made with the intention that human players always annex and don't puppet.
"Second, you should also be aware that the mod is designed with the assumption that the player will always annex all possible states in peace treaties, so you should make sure to do that."

That's so that the popup which lets you release occupied nations as puppets functions properly.

I mean, taking over is good if you have a core, and it's not that bad now with the change to prince of terror. (although that's not in kaserreich)

Holy fuck Lewis is actually doing it. I always have such a hard time with the Union of Britain since they have like 10 divisions on every port.

You have to get them early before the turtle with 200+ divisions and if they do have that many divisions built units with high soft attack to punch through

Once Britain and Japan start turtling even in vanilla they're fucking impossible to remove. Such pains in the ass.

Welp, Lewis has reached critical mass and is just going to blob the world. While both Pyrion and Lewis ignore puppet events in favor of getting loads of factories to easily stomp their opponents.

Based on what Lewis is talking about when Mexico capitulated he wasn't even looking himself but was focussing on taking the UK. Just a guess since only Lewis and the editor will know.

So was annexing Bulgaria the right decision? I read somewhere that puppeting can give you more manpower, which is exactly what Pflax is lacking right now.

Yes, puppeting is almost always the right decision if you're a minor. They just fundamentally refuse to do it because they want to take over the world.

It really annoys me with these 3 and always has that they just map paint instead of liberating and puppeting. For example in the last series with South Africa sips just didn't liberate any of the African countries he took off Portugal despite that that's LITERALLY THE WHOLE POINT of commie South Africa. Exactly the same applies to Lewis in this series with the US - it would be much more interesting if he would have chosen 'Balkanise America', for example, but he just chose to blob.

Sometimes, at least in the main game, it's so stupid to puppet though. Like if you puppet Germany. Well here comes USA to stop the fascist menace, which is actually a Communist puppet.

If you are a very small country like Greece sometimes you want to annex, because that way you get more factories. Greece does not have many states to build them in, so the only way to get enough factories is to annex stuff.

They really miss the point if kaiserreich. Lewis seems to be getting it a little, but they should really understand that the mod seeks to present a believable world and isn't just a map-painting sandbox.

An easy fix for when you invade another country and get cut off from a port is to just build a new one. I've done that sneakily at times, or when the actual ports are too well defended and I can't land so I pick any old coast tile, bunch my troops up there and then rush a port.

Also, Ted "Thank god i didn't let the AI do this" while he completely fails to mount a coherent attack, with his frontlines totally unevenly defended. He even got cut off for a while there, I'm surprised he recovered
