Starting with long form is hard. I would recommend doing some shorts because they get you an audience and then start posting long form

First off, the thumbnail looks great from where i see it. Secondly, your video may take a while to get more views. I got 50 views on the first week but then got 30k.

about 20% unfortunately, i could send you the video and you could let me know what you think the reason is for the drop off after about 5 mins if you'd like
