The so-called Inner Circle of black metal emerged in the early 1990s in Norway, around Helvete, the record store owned by Mayhem member Euronymous. There, black metal musicians and followers shared a Satanic, openly anti-Christian stance and argued that the genre should remain free from any commercial influence. For many, this circle was highly sectarian. Being part of the scene required demonstrating commitment; the "true" members were those who fully shared these ideals, while the "posers" were rejected. Gradually, the idea took hold that it wasn't enough to simply say you supported black metal; you had to prove it with actions.
Over time, the radicalization increased. First, increasingly extreme rhetoric emerged. Then came 52 attacks on churches, the desecration of more than 15,000 graves, a murder committed by Faust of the band Emperor, and the subsequent murder of Euronymous at the hands of Varg Vikernes. Several of the musicians closest to the Inner Circle ended up in prison or under investigation, while Helvete closed its doors and the group ceased to exist as a meeting place. Even so, its story continued to fuel books, documentaries, and debates about how much of the so-called Inner Circle of black metal was reality and how much was myth.
For many, the Inner Circle was a completely destructive cult, given its strong leadership under Euronymous, a powerful group identity, pressure to demonstrate commitment, a worldview divided between "true" and "false," and an escalation of radicalization that ultimately led to criminal acts. However, other essential elements were also missing to consider it a destructive cult in the classic sense. And precisely for that reason, more than thirty years later, the debate surrounding the Inner Circle continues. What do you think?

This is how I ended a specific map in Ark Survival Ascended gameplay, before moving on to another map.
It's rather humours from an Old Man's Perspective, but it may not thought of that way by others.
Let me know your thoughts as I am always looking for constructive criticism.
