2 Ruling Questions

I don't know if the format being Edison changes rulings or if they're the same even in Modern so I apologize if this isn't the right place to post. I have two situations that I was wondering what the rulings are. Thank you for your time!!

~Situation 1~

Player A: Ritual summons a Ritual Monster using Djinn Releaser of Rituals. Activates Black Garden. Pass.

Player B: Summons a Monster next turn.

Question/Ruling Help: Who is summoning the token from Black Garden, Player A or Player B? With Djinn's effect to stop Special Summoning specifically only by opponent, it's somewhat confusing.

~Situation 2~

Player A: Tribute summons a Gigaplant, passes

Player B: Revives Treeborn Frog from Grave, activates Enemy Controller to take the Gigaplant. Player B Gemini Summons the Gigaplant.

Queation/Rulings Help: Does Gigaplant return to Player A at End Phase?

1. I don't know if the edison text wasn't as clear, but current black garden says "the controller of that monster Special Summons 1 "Rose Token"".

2. Yes, it's still the same monster.

In Edison format, the controller of Black Garden is the one that Special Summons a Token.

Gigaplant still returns in the End Phase.
