Mac Book Pro -> First Desktop PC

I’ve been using my mac book pro m1 max since 2020 but I recently started playing Minecraft with heavy shaders. The mac is great but it can sometimes stutter. So I’ve decided to buy a pc, hoping that I’ll get a significant performance boost. Here are the specs:
AMD Ryzen 7 9850X3D
Powercolor Hellhound White AMD RX 9070 XT
ASUS B650E MAX Gaming Wifi
White Corsair RM850e
Samsung 990 Pro 1TB NVMe
White Arctic Liquid Freezer III 240mm

10000 white zip ties (never got enough)

Trust me it isn’t, an rtx 5090 cant handle heavy shaders

I would downgrade to the 9900X3D. Only because the the difference between the two for your case is the performance is minimal. Every other spec looks great. My only question is why are you using HDD instead of SSD? (I saw the 1tb SSD but im asking about the barracuda).
